Pseudo Code Comments and VWD2008 Auto Formatting

This is sort of a rant and a work around for something that Visual Web Developer 2008 does that drives me crazy some times.  I generally like to lay out my code before I start with pseudo code.  I generally also like to brake the code up for readability with indentation.  This is especially helpful for laying out nested if/then statments like the pseudo code below.
